Welcome to our practice.  You have been asked to complete an online education course.  This is very simple and can be viewed in the convenience of your home or office as well as local library.   You must have audio available for this education segment.  Once you have completed the education, a confirmation will be sent to the doctors office set up for EMMI.  You MUST complete the education in order to to receive a confirmation of completion.   Please click on the link below and provide your EMMI Access Code (assigned by the practice/office) and date of birth to begin your online education to prepare for your upcoming surgery.
